What is Aireo?
Aireo is a digital asset manager that frees you from the constraints of traditional local file storage. As well as providing a secure way to backup and protect files, Aireo lets you access them through a variety of mediums. Aireo provides an easy and intuitive way of uploading files, organising them once online and then sharing with friends and family.
What do I need?
You need a internet connection, preferably broadband, and a modern web browser ideally with Javascript and Flash 8 enabled (though not absolutely required). Aireo officially supports Firefox 1.5 or later on Mac, PC, Linux, Safari on Mac and Internet Explorer 6 or later on the PC.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes. You are free to cancel your account any time and you won't be charged again, but you will be charged for any expenses already incurred. Just log in to your Aireo account and navigate to the 'Account' section. Click advanced and then on the link 'delete this account'. Note: Your account and all data will be deleted immediately and permanently (there is no undo).

You can get help from the forums or by lodging a support ticket. If that fails you can email us directly. We don't provide phone support.
Which file formats are supported?
You can upload any format of file to Aireo. Word documents and suchlike will be added to the index; i.e. you can search inside them.
Can we host Aireo?
Not at the moment, though we are looking into ways of distributing EC2 images of Aireo.
